I spent most of my career feeling like I’d been born inside out. I always had different solutions and ideas than my colleagues, and as I climbed the corporate ladder, it seemed I was always off a rung. When I did finally “make it” in the corporate world, I realized I it did not feed my soul, so I left.

Our job as leaders is to lead, which seems obvious. But more often than not leaders fail because there is no vision or plan to share and lead from. It’s hard to get people to follow unless they really understand the destination. It’s about believing. It’s about ownership. It’s about passion for even the smallest things.
