Success isn't just about talent or hard work—it's about access. It's about being in the right conversations, getting the right introductions, and having someone say, 'she's the one you need to talk to.'
So, let's be honest:
Who are you pulling in?
Too often, women are left circling the edges, waiting to feel "ready" before stepping forward.
Meanwhile, men? They raise their hands before they know half the answers. They don't overthink it—they just go.
We need to do the same. And we need to make sure other women do, too.
Pass the mic.
If a woman's idea gets ignored, circle back and make sure it gets heard.
Make the intro.
So many game-changing opportunities come from a simple "You two should meet."
Call it out.
If a panel, leadership team, or investor group is all men, ask why—and then offer names.
Women don't need more pep talks on confidence. We need to actively pull each other in.
So, here's my challenge: Think of one woman in your network who is talented but overlooked.
What's one thing you can do TODAY to help her move forward?
When we lift as we climb, we're changing the entire system.
